Clifton Lodge Newsletter February 2019

Forest Schools

At Clifton Lodge we are running a Forest Schools session for our Pre-school and Lower Pre-school children. The children go up to Witch Wood every Wednesday morning meeting our qualified teacher who has over 10 years’ experience. The children gain so much from this hands-on experience with nature, we have incorporated phonics and letters and sounds into this week’s session!

Blackpool Tower Trip

Over the next few months children within the Pre-school and Lower Pre-school will have the opportunity to visit Blackpool Tower, experience Jungle Jim’s, the Tower Eye and the Circus. The children will be booked on an allocated slot to ensure everyone has an opportunity, please ensure you fill out your permission slip and return it to Natalie in the office.
